He has more than 13 years of experience in software outsourcing in North America and Europe. He has managed large, complex projects with teams across the globe, including in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and Vietnam. Over the last 6 years, his responsibilities have also included developing and maintaining the businesses of several start-up companies.

Long Nguyen founded Nexle Corporation in 2012 to generate successful projects and deliver value to clients through the formulation of defined objectives, risk management, cost optimization, and direct management of project implementation.
